NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LOWRY CROSSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2009 AT LOWRY CROSSING CITY HALL, 1405 S. BRIDGEFARMER  RD, LOWRY CROSSING, TEXAS,  FOR  THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:

  3. Presentation by Citizens
  4. New Business:
      1. Discussion, consideration, and action on providing a variance to Hubert Diaz, 2020 S. Bridgefarmer Road on a major accessory building size and materials.
      2. Discussion, consideration, and action on providing a variance to Gary Cable, 405 Overland Drive on location of an accessory building.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECESS TO AN EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION ON ANY AGENDA ITEM PURSUANT TO:
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including:
Section 551.071 consultation with the City’s Attorney
Section 551.072 deliberations regarding real property
Section 551.074 relating to personnel matters
Section 551.076 deliberations regarding security devices or security audits
Section 551.087 deliberations regarding economic negotiations
