NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LOWRY CROSSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL MEETING AT 7:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2009 AT LOWRY CROSSING CITY HALL, 1405 S. BRIDGEFARMER  RD, LOWRY CROSSING, TEXAS,  FOR  THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:

(A)          Discussion, consideration, and action on providing a variance to Steven Smith of 135 Lakeway Trails for addition to a shop.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECESS TO AN EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION ON ANY AGENDA ITEM PURSUANT TO:

Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including:

Section 551.071 consultation with the CityÕs Attorney

Section 551.072 deliberations regarding real property

Section 551.074 relating to personnel matters

Section 551.076 deliberations regarding security devices or security audits

Section 551.087 deliberations regarding economic negotiations
