NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LOWRY CROSSING PLANNING AND ZONING WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 22, 2006 AT MILLIGAN’S WATER SUPPLY LOCATED AT 1400 S. BRIDGEFARMER ROAD, LOWRY CROSSING, TEXAS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:

A)      Consideration regarding Bruce Cryer on two properties located on Cross Fence Drive wants to build homes without a concrete road.

B)      Consideration and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission on road issue.

C)      Presentation by Ken Ogundipe regarding home for disabled children.

D)      Consideration regarding Mr. Daniel Arney for two 90 feet towers “Antennas” on property located at 1050 Overland Drive. Ordinance No. 110, Section 22-5 “Special Height Regulations” “Antennas’ 35 feet.

E)       Consideration and recommendation of  Mr. Daniel Arney on Ordinance No. 110, Section 22-5 Special Height Regulations “Antennas.”

F)       Consideration regarding Mr. Gary Hacker for one 60 foot antenna on property located 801 S. Bridgefarmer Rd. Ordinance No. 110, Section 22-5, Special Height Requirement. “Antennas”

G)      Consideration and recommendation of Mr. Gary Hacker on Ordinance No. 110, Section 22-5 Special Height Regulations “Antennas”

H)      Open Records Government Training Video to be watched by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
