  5. Approval of Consent Items: Financial Statement and Permits for June 2009
  6. Presentation by Citizens
  7. Recognition of Individuals by Mayor and Council
  8. Update from and discussion with Fire Marshall regarding fire code and fire related matters.
  9. Update from and discussion with City Secretary regarding matters pertaining to the office of City Secretary.
  10. New Business:

(A)          Presentation to Council by KSA Engineers.

(B)          Discussion, consideration, and action to elect a Treasurer.

(C)          Discussion regarding appointment of open Council seat.

(D)          Update on roads with discussion, consideration, and action to approve estimates and timelines for repairs.

(E)           Discussion, consideration, and action on approval for city signage.

(F)           Discussion, consideration, and action on approval of Independent Health Inspector Consulting Agreement.

(G)          Discussion, consideration, and action of adopting an Ordinance #209 on fireworks limits and/or requirements within the city. 

(H)          Discussion, and consideration of adopting an Ordinance authorizing the Fire Marshall and/or Fire Chief to post bans, ordinances, and laws on fireworks stands.

Section 551.074 relating to personnel matters

Section 551.076 deliberations regarding security devices or security audits
