appointment of open Council seat.
- Discussion, consideration and action regarding
redirection of previously approved funds to more immediate needs.
- Discussion, consideration and action regarding FEMA
funds directed to road repairs.
- Fiscal Year 2010 Budget Workshop.
- Discussion, consideration and action regarding approval of Municipal Clerks Seminar in August for City Secretary Certification Program.
- Adjournment
CITY COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECESS TO AN EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION ON ANY AGENDA ITEM PURSUANT TO:
Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including:
Section 551.071 consultation with the City’s Attorney
Section 551.072 deliberations regarding real property
Section 551.074 relating to personnel matters
Section 551.076 deliberations regarding security devices or security audits
Section 551.087 deliberations regarding economic negotiations
