4. Discussion and consideration of approval of Minutes of the Lowry Crossing City Council – August 11, 2009 Regular Meeting and August 18, 2009 Special Session.

7. Recognition of Individuals by Mayor and Council
8. Update from and discussion with Fire Marshall regarding:
• Budget
• Burn conditions.
9. Update from and discussion with City Secretary regarding:

• Citizen concerns
• 2010 Census
• Communications
• Special Events
• Future meeting dates
• November Election

10. New Business:

(A) Public Hearing on the FY2010 Budget.

(B) Action on adopting the FY2010 Budget.

(C) Action on adopting the 0.229777 M&O tax rate.

(D) Discussion on development of a Disaster Recovery Plan.

(E) Discussion regarding compliance with County Clerk filings.

(F) Discussion and approval of additional street repairs on Wood Creek Drive.

(G) Discussion and approval of bids for tree trimming at The Crossing’s entrance.

(H) Discussion, consideration and action regarding approval of Municipal Clerks Seminar in San Antonio October 8-9 for City Secretary Certification Program ($50 discount postmarked by Sept. 23^rd).

(I) Discussion, consideration and action to adopt Ordinance 209 regarding fireworks limitations.
