NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LOWRY CROSSING CITY
COUNCIL WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 7, 2006
AT MILLIGAN’S WATER SUPPLY LOCATED AT 1400 S. BRIDGEFARMER ROAD, LOWRY
CROSSING, TEXAS, FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:
A) Consideration
of an Resolution Declaring A Local State of Disaster Due To Wildfires and
Providing that the Emergency Management Plan be Activated.
B) Consideration
of re-appointing Robert Clark to the
C) Consideration
of appointing Alexander Hamilton Emergency Management Coordinator and Major
Phillip Rushing as Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator.
D) Consideration
of extending contract with SPCA for Animal Control.
E) Consideration
of Ordering an Election to be held on
F) Consideration
of approving and awarding bid for building new City
Hall.
G) Consideration
of an Ordinance appointing City’s Code Enforcement Officer as the City’s Rabies
Administrator.
H) Consideration
of approving funds for City Secretary to attend Seminars in

Presentation by Ken Ogundipe on possible home for the
disabled children.
J) Consideration
of approving funds not to exceed $21,000.00 for concrete rip rap road on creek
near the intersection of Settlers Trail and

of approving funds not to exceed $6,400.00 for guard rail system near the
intersection of Bridgefarmer and Settlers Trail.
L) Discussion
regarding volunteer plaques.
City Council reserves the right to recess to an
executive session on any agenda item pursuant to:
