This Supplemental Agenda for the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lowry Crossing, Texas to be held April 4, 2006 at Milligan Water Supply, Lowry Crossing, Texas, supplements the notice of the Agenda of the said Regular Meeting of the City Council previously posted.

 

On April 4, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. and at Milligan Water Supply, Lowry Crossing, Texas, the City Council will meet to deliberate and consider, in addition to the items listed in the notice of the agenda previously posted for the said meeting of the City Council, the following Items:

 

1.       Consideration of approving funds up to $800.00 for dumpsters for city wide clean up.

 

This Supplemental Agenda is being posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Tex. Gov. Code. Pursuant to the Texas Open Meeting Act, (Chapter 551, Texas Government Code), any of the above items may be considered in executive closed session to the public. Any decision on such item will be taken or conducted in open session following the conclusion of the executive closed session.
