This Supplemental Agenda for the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lowry Crossing, Texas to be held on May 2, 2006 at Milligan Water Supply, Lowry Crossing, Texas supplements the notice of the agenda of  the said Regular Meeting of the city Council previously posted.

 

On May 2, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. and at Milligan Water Supply, Lowry Crossing, Texas the City Council will meet to deliberate and consider in addition to the items listed in the notice of the agenda previously posted for the said meeting of the City Council, the following items:

 

1.       Consideration of canceling the verbal agreement with Collin County Animal Services.

2.       Consideration of approving agreement with North Texas Animal Control for Animal Services.

3.       Consideration of approving funds of $500.00 for seminar in June 2006. This seminar is a course 2 seminar which is needed to graduate in January 2007. The topic is Media Relations and Communications.

 

This Supplemental Agenda  is being posted in Accordance with the Texas Open meetings Act, Chapter 551, Tex Gov Code. Pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act. Chapter 551, Texas Government Code), any of the  above items may be considered in executive closed session to the public. Any decision on such items will be taken or conducted in open session following the conclusion of the executive closed session.
