NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LOWRY CROSSING CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 3, 2006, AT MILLIGAN’S WATER SUPPLY LOCATED AT 1400 S. BRIDGEFARMER RD, LOWRY CROSSING, TEXAS FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE:

  5. CONSENT ITEMS: FINANCIAL STATEMENT AND PERMITS FOR SEPTEMBER 2006

A)      Consideration of an Ordinance amending the 2005-2006 Budget.

B)      Consideration of a Resolution appointing Board of Adjustment members (3) two year terms, (2) one year terms and (2) alternates: (1) one year  and (1) two year.

C)      Statement of Appointed Officer to be administered to newly appointed Board of Adjustment members to be administered by the City Secretary Eddie Sturgal.

D)      Oath of Office to be administered to newly appointed Board of Adjustment members by City Secretary Eddie Sturgal.

E)       Consideration of approving funds to remove vehicles and trash from property located at 400 Stagecoach Dr.

F)       Discussion regarding vacant Council member seat.

G)      Consideration of approving extra funds for attorney fees for possible litigation with Daniel Arney.

H)      Closed executive session of the City Council, pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, to consult with its City Attorney(s) to seek the advice of its attorney(s) regarding contemplated litigation, and on a matter in which the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding radio antennas.

I)        Closed executive session of the City Council, pursuant to Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to consult with its attorney(s) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney(s) to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, regarding internet web site(s).

Section 551.072 deliberation regarding real property

Section 551.074 relating to personnel matters

Section 551.076 deliberations regarding security devices

Section 551.078 deliberations regarding economic negotiations
