All contractors must be registered with
the City of Lowry Crossing in order to perform work within the city.

complete this form and return to City Hall with appropriate

| BURN PERMIT FORM |
Effective January 1, 2006, the City
of Lowry Crossing is requiring that all residents who desire to conduct
an open burn on their property hold a valid Burn Permit.
Please complete this form and submit it to
the City Secretary who will record the permit application, return a copy
to you for your records, and forward appropriate information to the
Volunteer Fire Department. A list of valid Permit holders is given to
the LC VFD to aid their fire prevention efforts.
